SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders

All products sold on Kush Key are legal within the United States and its territories.

Kush Key ships via USPS to all US States and Territories. Domestic shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and are determined by your location and quantity ordered. Shipping is charged for each order unless the order qualifies for the currently available “free shipping” promotion. Details of the “free shipping” promotion are available prominently in the header of our main page and in the shopping cart during checkout.

International Orders

Once Kush Key ships your international order and provides you with tracking information, orders shipping to international locations become subject to various import legal restrictions and fees. By applying and paying international shipping rates, you hereby agree that Kush Key is waived of any and all responsibility regarding the order once it has left the United States. Kush Key is also not responsible for orders delayed, damaged, returned, or otherwise detained at customs at your order’s port of entry.

Kush Key ships international orders via USPS. Kush Key does not currently ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen.

Shipping Times

For US orders, Kush Key uses USPS First Class Mail for its standard shipping and USPS Priority Mail Express for its expedited shipping. US customers can expect to receive delivery of their order within one (1) to seven (7) business days. This timeframe, however, is not guaranteed by Kush Key as USPS and other shipping providers can experience delays in their service.

For international orders, Kush Key uses USPS Priority Mail International. International customers can expect to receive delivery of their order within six (6) to eleven (11) business days. This timeframe, however, is not guaranteed by Kush Key as USPS and other shipping providers can experience delays in their service.

Kush Key does not currently offer quicker (overnight) or longer shipping times for either domestic or international orders. This could change in the future.

All customers are provided with tracking numbers for each order. Shipment status can be tracked using the tracking numbers on the USPS website.

Orders received after 1:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day.

Shipments are sent Monday through Friday. Shipments are not sent on Saturday, Sunday, or US holidays.

Damage During Shipping

All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon delivery for damage. All claims for products damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours.

Failure to Deliver

RETURN POLICY

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms of Use”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, employees, contractors, subcontractors and/or contributors of content.

Your acceptance of the terms means you agree to the terms and understand the return policy. Your acceptance also acknowledges that you understand the nature of the products you have purchased, and also acknowledge and understand that the products you have purchased have not been evaluated by any third-party, as to the benefits or usefulness of any of them. You are able to do independent research and draw your own conclusions and opinions as to any benefits or usefulness that these products may provide.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order with no penalty up until the time the product has shipped. Once shipped, orders may not be cancelled, but a refund may be possible. Cancelled orders will be processed within three (3) business days from request and approval.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unused, unopened, and sealed products. Products that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for refund. Products that meet the return criteria must be returned to us, postmarked, within 14 days of the time of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Kush Key.

Refunds will be processed within five (5) business days, following receipt of the returned products at our warehouse. Credit for the refund will be applied to the same payment method used for the order.

When returning products to Kush Key, you must use a shipping service that provides a tracking number for each shipment. In order to receive a refund, you must provide a shipment tracking number for each return. Failure to do so will result in your refund being declined.
